Common Sense Day – April 2

We will celebrate April Fool’s Day April 1.
I declare Common Sense Day April 2 and every day thereafter in hopes of saving America.

Here is the challenge.

1. Read or listen to Common Sense
You’ll be encouraged after discover why this was so influential 200 years ago

2. Within 24 hours contact 2 people who will commit to do the same.

3. Help them to do what you did and you’ll help return sanity to our nation!

Thomas Paine published Common Sense anonymously on January 10, 1776, during the American Revolution. It proved extremely popular and influential, helping to turn public opinion against reliance on British rule. Historian Gordon S. Wood described Common Sense as the most incendiary and popular pamphlet of the entire revolutionary era.
