Why does terrorism exist?
Terrorism exists for God’s glory. By allowing the darkness of man to manifest itself long enough to show man’s inept ability to contain it, a sovereign holy God allows man’s belief in himself to prove God is right, that man cannot govern himself let alone save himself from the hell that sin creates.
