A Child Most Likely to Fail

Bob Barnes notes,

It’s a parent’s job to establish a plan that will train a child in the skills he or she will need to be a responsible adult, rather than a forty-year-old adolescent. To send a child off without the necessary training is to put him in a position of being most likely not to succeed!

Taking on this job requires us to look at our vision of parenting, and it may require us to make serious changes. This was certainly true in our home.

My Comment:  Failing to plan is planning to fail.
