Subscription

Because the expense of receiving computer support and help building web pages is beyond the reach of most people that need it, I have come up with Subscriptions.  Subscriptions are only $10 a month.

Here is why I came up with subscriptions.  Computer geeks, such as myself, need to pay for food and housing to continue to offer our services.  We often work off the clock researching solutions that are ever-changing as you well know.  That is why rates are so high - to cover that seemingly unproductive time. By offering my clients a low monthly fee, people who need help can get help because the cost is distribute across a large group, thus reducing your total out of pocket costs and allowing me to stay in business to help you at reasonable rates.

So avoid frustration and down time.  Sign up today.  Get that web site built that you have always wanted.  Let’s face it; when things work, your computer and the Internet are great tools to have everyday in this information age.  

To make it simple; I use LogMeIn to connect my computer to yours to go to work.  (Only when you give me access and permission of course!  It is simple and secure.)

Timeline

How long does it take to build a site?  A typical schedule looks like this.  If you need your web site up and running sooner, let me know to see if that will work with my scheduled work load.

Please read my Service Contract.  

By signing up for my 6 month subscription you will receive my low $20/hour support for your computer and web site needs.  

1. Your first payment will be $10 and will introduce you to my service for a one month trial period and lock in my $20/hour rate for that first month.  

2. Your first payment will automatically lead to a second $60 payment one month later which will lock in my $20/hour rate for the next 6 months.  

3. This 6 month contract will be renewed automatically after 6 months until you notify me that you would like to discontinue.  Please be aware that by starting and then canceling a subscription within the first month will prevent you from being able to subscribe again for a 12 months period from the date of cancellation.  

4. You may cancel anytime during the 6 month period, but the $60 payment is nonrefundable.  You may sign up again for a 6 month subscription (without the 1 month trial) if you so choose.

Receiving a copy of this agreement and the clearing of your payment, which will constitute the start date of your subscription, will initiate this contract.
